Q. Is the system “real time”?
A.  Yes, for all intents and purposes our system is “real time” and updates in two minute increments.

Q. How much does the system cost?
A. You can see our pricing plans here. There is also a base hardware charge for the actual GPS unit.

Q. What information does the unit transmit?
A.  The unit transmits GPS location data as well as ignition status of the vehicle, speed, On Board Diagnostic information, and accelerometer data.

Q. Can I view my portal from my mobile device?
A.  Yes! Our platform currently has full functionality from the internet browser of your mobile device. We are working on an app that should be finished soon, stay tuned for details!

Q. Will I receive free upgrades to the web portal?
A.Yes! We are constantly improving and upgrading our system. Our software is web-based you don’t have to worry about installing upgrades, they appear when you login

Q. Does Assure Locate or Assure Fleet integrate with any other systems?
A. Nova Mobile Systems has worked with many customers to integrate our system and reporting with theirs. We would be happy to do the same for you!

Q. Is Nova Assure difficult to learn how to use?
A. Our system is intuitive and very easy to use. We offer free training for our customers and we are happy to help you every step of the way.
